Dysser Northern Representations is a family business based in Bilbao, dedicated to the distribution and commercial representation of plumbing, climate-control, ceramic and interior-design materials, incorporating premium designer taps, wall and floor coverings in different formats and styles, and bathroom furniture. We were born from a simple idea: to connect construction and refurbishment professionals across northern Spain with the leading manufacturers in the sector through a professionalised distribution network, close to the client and with genuine technical advice.
We’re not a huge warehouse or a multinational. We’re a team that knows the sector from inside, with over twenty-five years visiting building sites, warehouses and architecture studios all across the Basque Country, Cantabria, La Rioja and Navarra. We know the product, we know the market, and above all, we know our customers. That’s our edge.
We represent benchmark manufacturers in their segments, selected for their quality, service and commitment to innovation. For each of them, we are their face and voice in northern Spain. And for our customers, we are the most reliable shortcut to the best product.
Dysser was born in Bilbao as a commercial-representation company, with the mission of bringing quality manufacturers closer to the Basque professional market. We started representing a single plumbing brand, travelling warehouses and building sites catalogue in hand, with the conviction that personal service makes the difference.
The trust of our first customers and manufacturers allows us to grow. We add new firms in plumbing, climate-control and construction chemicals. Our commercial network expands beyond the Basque Country and Cantabria, covering Navarra and La Rioja. The team grows, but the philosophy stays the same: closeness and technical knowledge.
We spot an opportunity in the ceramic sector and designer bathroom equipment. We open our second commercial division, adding premium designer taps, wall and floor coverings in different formats and styles, bathroom furniture and installation systems. What began as a complement becomes a fundamental pillar of our business.
We’ve grown and become more professional, but our essence stays the same as on day one: a sales team at the customer’s service that stakes its reputation on every recommendation.
